What Do I Wear To My First Class? What to Wear to Your First Pole Class For your first pole class, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing. Shorts and a tank top or sports bra work best, as the skin contact helps with grip on the pole. Avoid applying lotion or oils on the day of class, as these can make gripping the pole difficult. Bare feet are perfect, and please remove any jewelry to avoid scratches or damage. What to Wear to Your First Aerial Class For aerial classes, wear snug, full-length leggings and a fitted top with sleeves to protect your skin from the silks or hoop. Avoid baggy clothing, as it can get caught in the apparatus. Make sure to remove jewelry, and if possible, bring socks for added comfort during warm-ups. Get ready to have fun and get a great workout!

What Is Your Class Cancellation Policy?A minimum of 6 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Clients are responsible for managing their own cancellations through the online booking system. All bookings are made online and are non-refundable. Bookings canceled with more than 6 hours’ notice may be transferred to a different date. If a booking is missed due to non-attendance or is canceled within the 6-hour period, the responsibility rests with the client, and the booking will not be refunded or transferred. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be refused attendance at the instructor’s discretion, as lateness can disrupt the class. Classes missed due to lateness will not be refunded or transferred. Classes are subject to cancellation if a 3 student minimum is not met within 6 hours of class. Clients will be notified via email if a class is cancelled. Bookings may also be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, civil unrest and safety issues in the studio or its surroundings.
